3. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, maintain your cart, and understand how our platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some may affect how the platform works.

4. Web push notifications

If you opt in, we send web push notifications to keep you informed about your bookings and account. You can turn these off at any time from your notification settings in the app, or through your browser or device settings. Disabling push notifications does not affect essential messages such as payment receipts.

• Our email/SMTP provider — to send transactional emails such as confirmations and reminders

We share booking details, such as your address, access instructions, and pet notes, with the cleaning professional assigned to your visit, strictly so they can perform the service. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and processing payments through Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
